Xtreme CSC Waterford, located in the Six Cross Roads Business Park, is a premier, result-oriented fitness destination dedicated to providing elite-level training standards for the South East. We move away from the "basic commercial gym" model to provide a state-of-the-art, 15,000 sq. ft. strength and conditioning environment specializing in Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, and Functional Fitness. As an official Hammer Strength Training Centre, our facility features an unrivaled range of plate-loaded machines, over 15 Olympic lifting platforms, and a massive free-weights area with dumbbells up to 80kg. Led by a team of competitive athletes and expert coaches, we offer a diverse range of classes including Spinning, HIIT, and Strength Training, all supported by premium recovery amenities.
