XFit, located in Derry/Londonderry, is a premier fitness destination dedicated to the power of functional movement and community-driven performance. We move away from the "isolated machine training" model to provide a dynamic, high-energy environment specializing in Cross-Training, Metabolic Conditioning, and Olympic Weightlifting. Our facility features a rugged, warehouse-style training floor equipped with custom rigs, bumper plates, rowing machines, air bikes, and climbing ropes. Led by a team of expert coaches, XFit focuses on "Forging Elite Fitness"combining varied, high-intensity workouts with a focus on technique, scalability, and measurable progress.
