TUS Gym, located on the Athlone Campus (Dublin Road), is a premier, elite-standard sports destination dedicated to providing world-class training facilities for students, staff, and the general public. We move away from the "basic commercial gym" model to provide a comprehensive, performance-led environment specializing in Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning, and Multi-Sport Excellence. Our facility features a sprawling, state-of-the-art gym floor equipped with TechnoGym cardio, professional-grade Olympic lifting platforms, and an extensive resistance training zone. Led by a team of highly qualified sports scientists and personal trainers, TUS Gym focuses on "Athletic Development"combining elite-level strength coaching with high-intensity group training.
