The Gym Group, located in Cambridge (Cherry Hinton Road & Cambridge North), is a premier, accessible fitness destination dedicated to providing high-quality training without the burden of long-term contracts. We move away from the "expensive boutique" model to provide a spacious, 24/7 training environment specializing in Cardiovascular Health, Functional Strength, and Weight Management. Our facility features a modern, open-plan gym floor equipped with Matrix cardio machines, extensive free-weights zones, and dedicated functional areas with kettlebells and plyo boxes. Led by a team of Level 3 Personal Trainers, we offer a diverse timetable of inclusive "Gym It" classes designed for all fitness levels. At The Gym Group Cambridge, we pride ourselves on our flexible, "no-contract" approach where we provide a clean, safe, and motivating space for the local community to train at any time of the day or night.
