Founded in December 2015 by Glen Brereton, The Gym Monasterevin is Ireland's first Hammer Strength training centre. Known for world-class equipment and expert trainers, it offers lifting platforms, functional rigs, dumbbells up to 80kg, group classes, and free parking. Glen's vision has expanded to The Gym — Newbridge and The Gym — Carlow, bringing top-tier training to more locations.
