Known for world-class equipment and expert trainers, it offers lifting platforms, functional rigs, dumbbells up to 80kg, group classes, and free parking. Glen�s vision has expanded to The Gym � Newbridge and The Gym � Carlow, bringing top-tier training to more locations.
