We move away from the "basic gym" model to provide a state-of-the-art facility equipped with top-of-the-range Cybex strength and cardio equipment. Our facility features a massive open-plan gym floor, two dedicated fitness studios, and a coffee & smoothie dock for post-workout recovery. Led by a team of professional personal trainers, we specialize in a "Frequency before Intensity" approach, offering over 50 classes per week including TFH Burn, TFH Strength, SheLifts, and Night Rider (Spinning). At The Fitness Habit, we pride ourselves on our welcoming, non-intimidating atmosphere where members of all ages—from teens to over 60s—receive personalized programs and the support needed to achieve lasting results.
