Our facility features an expansive gym floor equipped with over 100 pieces of Life Fitness equipment, a large free-weights area with dumbbells up to 50kg, and dedicated stretching and functional zones. Led by a team of professional and approachable instructors, Simply Gym focuses on "Fitness Made Simple"offering a wide variety of classes including Indoor Cycling, Les Mills BodyPump, and Yoga in our large studio.
