ROM Sligo, located in Finisklin (Sligo Town), is a premier, performance-driven fitness destination dedicated to the philosophy of moving better to live better. We move away from the "isolated machine" gym model to provide a highly specialized, coach-led environment specializing in Functional Strength, Mobility, and Athletic Longevity. Our facility features a modern, open-plan training floor equipped with premium Olympic racks, kettlebell stations, gymnast rings, and a dedicated turf track. Led by a team of movement specialists, ROM Sligo focuses on "Strength through Length"combining technical weightlifting with advanced mobility drills to build a resilient, injury-proof body.
