CrossFit Sligo, located in Finisklin (Sligo Town), is a premier, official affiliate facility dedicated to the pursuit of elite physical fitness and functional movement. We move away from the "isolated machine" gym model to provide a constantly varied, high-intensity, coach-led environment specializing in Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Metabolic Conditioning. Our facility (The Box) features a massive, industrial training floor equipped with competition-grade Rogue racks, bumper plates, gymnastics rings, assault bikes, and rowers. Led by a team of certified CrossFit coaches, we focus on "Forging Elite Fitness"combining technical skill development with the community-driven "Workout of the Day" (WOD). At CrossFit Sligo, we pride ourselves on our supportive, "no-ego" community where we help everyone from competitive athletes to total beginners build a resilient, multi-dimensional body.
