Boyneside Gym, located in Drogheda (Co. Louth), is a legendary fitness facility dedicated to providing a no-nonsense, high-results training environment. We move away from the "corporate, flashy gym" model to provide a rugged, welcoming, and hardcore space specializing in Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, and General Strength. Our facility features a historic training floor equipped with heavy-duty free weights, specialized resistance machines, and a massive dumbbell range that caters to serious lifters. At Boyneside, we pride ourselves on our "Old School" philosophy—where hard work and consistency take priority over fancy gimmicks. Led by a team of experienced lifters and Personal Trainers, we foster a supportive, "no-ego" community where everyone from teenagers starting their journey to veteran competitive athletes trains side-by-side to achieve their ultimate physical goals.
