Arena Wexford, located in Rosslare Road (Drinagh), is a premier, performance-driven fitness destination dedicated to providing elite-level training for the Wexford community. We move away from the "basic gym" model to provide a state-of-the-art, coach-led environment specializing in Functional Strength, Bodybuilding, and Athletic Conditioning. Our facility features a massive, open-plan training floor equipped with competition-grade Olympic racks, plate-loaded Hammer Strength machinery, and a dedicated 20-meter turf track. Led by a team of expert strength coaches, Arena Wexford focuses on "Performance and Longevity"combining technical lifting with high-intensity metabolic circuits.
